We found the Fallico Group to be very friendly, personable, and reliable. They answered all of our questions, and we had A LOT of them being first time home buyers.  They took time explaining things and would make sure we understood how things worked, what to expect or do next, and worked around our busy shift work schedules.  They sent us a listing for a home and the pictures were horrible, we didn’t want to see it. Anthony said to trust him and go see it because you never know. We did, and we just moved into our forever home.  Throughout the process I mentioned how important having a picture with a sold sign was.  Unfortunately the selling agent didn’t put a sign up. The day of our closing we arrived to a hand made banner that read SOLD in huge letters made by Anthony.  I mean, if that isn’t going above and beyond, I don’t know what is. Would recommend to a friend.

This team is a must have!  They were so thorough and truly professional. The honesty they display makes them stand out from other companies who only want your money rather than providing good service for its worth – no games, always available to answer our questions or make us see what others would miss. I can go on forever here but just let yourself be amazed by these guys’ hard work throughout every step in selling property.

This team were a class act from start to finish. They made sure the process was as smooth and easy for us with constant communication, updates every step of way-even after hours! These guys really went above what’s expected in terms their customer service; they’re available day or night if you need them which is something I didn’t expect at all going into this, but am so happy we got such utility out of our real estate agent team …I can’t say enough good things here–just give them a call when thinking about future transactions because these guys will be worth any amount spent on finding or selling your place.
